Lounge TEAM

Twin City Brewing Company is looking for a charming Lounge team member to join our expert beer-pouring gang. Candidates should be passionate about Craft Beer, local food, and strive to deliver an excellent experience for all of our visitors.

Ideal applicants should be friendly sponges for beer and brewery knowledge excited to interact with a team to provide an excellent space and environment for everyone that stops in to our Lounge.

Serving-It-Right Certification is required. Knowledge of Craft Beer and local breweries is highly appreciated.

Responsibilities will include

- Efficient use of our POS system and cash handling
- Communicating knowledge of brewery products and beer styles
- Providing a welcoming atmosphere and actively engaging with guests
- Various opening and closing tasks
- Maintaining a clean bar & Lounge area
- Upkeep and overall cleanliness of Front-Of-House Area

Individuals should be:

- Equipped with a positive attitude and attention to detail
- Experienced in counting, collecting, and depositing money
- Able to multi-task and perform well in an environment that may sometimes be loud, fast paced, and have frequent disruptions
- Comfortable on their feet for long periods of time
- Capable of lifting fifty pounds

This position reports directly to the Front-Of-House Manager.

KITCHEN TEAM

Twin City Brewing Company is looking for a skilled Kitchen team member to join our close-knit crew.

This is a part-time position (approx 20 hours per week) with a competitive wage. We’re trying to hunt down a reliable, ninja of cleanliness with a positive attitude and a knack for organization.

Ideal applicants will be detail-oriented individuals with a high set of standards for his or herself as well as the Kitchen Team as a whole. Must work well in a busy kitchen and communicate well with others.

Foodsafe certification required. Knowledge of Craft Beer and breweries is always appreciated.

Individuals should be:

- Well-trained to work in a kitchen (Cleanliness and sanitary cooking habits are a must)
- Comfortable prepping and cooking in full sight of guests
- Comfortable on his or her feet for long periods of time
- Able to keep their cool under pressure and perform well in an environment that may sometimes be loud, fast paced, and have frequent disruptions
- Capable of lifting fifty pounds

This position reports directly to the Kitchen Manager.
